Returns & Cancellation Policy
Please choose carefully as we DO NOT refund or cancel orders if you make the wrong decision or change your mind. If a product is faulty or damaged on delivery we will action a replacement as per the manufacturers warranty terms & conditions.
Delivery
Delivery as quoted is to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne Capital Cities only. Delivery to areas outside of these Cities can be arranged at an additional charge. Please contact ebuysupport@bigpond.com for exact cost to your suburb. Fees and charges may apply for goods that require redelivery or if non standard supply areas are requested. If you are unable to accept delivery on your nominated date we require 24 hours notice to change delivery requests.
WARNING you must be the valid card holder to purchase online. Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be reported to Westpac Bank immediately.

eBuy Appliances express deliver to all State capital metropolitan areas, nationally (fees and charges apply).

Large Appliances $49 GST inc
Small Appliances $29 GST inc (note: additional fees maybe payable for postal deliveries outside NSW)
Side by Side Refrigerators $69 GST inc
Drivers DO NOT accept payments or cash on delivery. All payments must be confirmed before your order is processed for delivery. Please refer to your invoice for all fees and charges that are GST inclusive.
Customer’s that require more than (1) appliance from the same manufacturer simply contact the support team at ebuysupport @bigpond.com who will quote a discounted package price, Pay less, pay online! If you require multiple appliances from different suppliers the delivery fees as listed apply.
Any delivery address that is located outside metro area please contact the support team with your post code and product details you have selected who will confirm availability and cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available on the day nominated for delivery. Any item that requires to be redelivered will be charged.

Items that are available in Sydney Metro area cannot be delivered interstate. Please note that product status "available" refers to the item being currently available which maybe subject to confirmation. Suggested delivery timeframes is Sydney Metro area and most capital cities please email ebuysupport@bigpond.com if you require confirmation before delivery. All forecasted times are as advised by the manufacturer 24 hours prior to listing online. This timeframe may change without notice.
